Halifax Bank of Scotland take 62,000 sq ft at £50 million Fountainbridge development
The Gladedale Capital and Scotmid JV has secured the largest letting in Edinburgh for 2007 by securing Halifax Bank of Scotland (HBos) at its landmark Lochrin Square development.
HBoS has agreed to take the entire 62,000 sq ft No 1 Lochrin Square building for its corporate banking division.
