Showpiece Gladedale Capital development secures another tenant
High class delicatessen chain McLeish Brothers has confirmed it is the latest tenant to take space at Gladedale Capital’s successful Lochrin Square development in Edinburgh’s Exchange District.
The announcement that McLeish Brothers will take the 6100 sq ft retail unit at Lochrin Square means the joint venture development with Scotmid is now over 95% let.
