Colin is responsible for both new and existing projects for Gladedale Capital. In particular, he is responsible for all the planning and commercial development aspects of the Quartermile project. In the two years before he joined Gladedale Capital, Colin was heavily involved in the Waterfront Edinburgh project at Granton, and prior to this spent seven years as a commercial property agent and valuer operating throughout the UK and Ireland.
