David is responsible for both new and existing projects for Gladedale Capital. His existing projects include Lochrin Square in Edinburgh, a supermarket project in Arbroath and Orion Business Park in North Tyneside. He has 20 years of direct development and investment experience, having worked for a number of development companies in all commercial sectors, with particular emphasis on the North of England and Scotland. He was formerly Development Director for Bett Properties Ltd.
