Ken is a chartered surveyor with 30 years’ experience in the UK property market. His principal role is to lead the team that manages and promotes the finished Quartermile development on behalf of its owners and occupiers. He also advises on asset management for other projects within the group. Before joining Gladedale Capital he worked in the private and corporate sectors, specialising in asset management of large properties and portfolios, particularly shopping centres. His specialist areas of knowledge include management, rent review, lease renewal, and health and safety.
