Martin is responsible for both new and existing projects for Gladedale Capital, with an emphasis on Scotland and the North West of England. His existing projects include Broomielaw in Glasgow, Westhill Shopping Centre in Aberdeen, and Lochrin Square in Edinburgh. He has a decade of experience in property development and investment, in all sectors of the commercial markets. He was formerly Development Manager for Bett Properties Ltd.
